چکیده

Transformerless (TL) grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) inverters with a common-ground (CG) circuit architecture exhibit some excellent features in removing the leakage current concern and improving overall efficiency. However, ability to cope wide range of input voltage changes while maintaining output single power conversion stage is key technological challenge. Considering this, article at hand proposes novel dual-mode switched-capacitor five-level (DMSC5L)-TL inverter CG feature connected grid. The proposed topology comprised dc source diode, three capacitors, four unidirectional, bidirectional switches. Based on series-parallel switching involved switches, DMSC5L-TL can generate five distinctive levels during both boost buck operation modes self-voltage balancing for capacitors. A simple dead-beat continuous controller (DB3C) modulation technique also used handle active reactive exchange ensuring fixed frequency operation. description its DB3C details, design guidelines comparative study, experimental results are given show feasibility solution practical applications.
